You may request an extension to pay your debt, if you cannot pay your forfeiture in full by the due date. Requests for extensions and payment plans must be made on or prior to the due date given by the court.

Extension policies are as follows:

You must contact the court prior to the due date by mail, email with a written request for an extension. There is a form that can be filled out and sent to this court with all the information that is needed. See FORMS, payment plan request form.

If you do not use the payment plan form, the court needs:

Your current address/phone

Citation Number(s) and due date

What time frame are you seeking

Making a payment along with a request for an extension/payment plan will help assist the judge with that request.
